Hodges L. Golson
Dr. Golson received a B.S. in Industrial Management from Georgia Tech, and an M.S. and Ph.D. in Social Psychology from Georgia State University.
He was an Army officer and worked for IBM before graduate school. He co-founded Management Psychology Group and eTest.net.
He is Board Certified by the American Board of Professional Psychology in Organizational and Business Consulting Psychology. He consults with CEOs on personal development, leadership team effectiveness, succession planning, and unique life-at-the-top challenges.
Douglas L. Griest
Dr. Griest received a B.A. in Psychology from the University of Tennessee, and an M.A. and Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from The University of Georgia.
He was an Assistant Professor at the University of Pittsburgh, then began his consulting career in Atlanta. He is a founder of Management Psychology Group and eTest, and a former Chairman of the Business & Technology Alliance of the Technology Association of Georgia.
He consults with a wide range of companies on leader selection, development, and team effectiveness, and he is the Director of the MPG Career Development Center.
William J. Flanagan
Dr. Flanagan received a B.A. in Psychology from Auburn University, an M.S. in Behavioral Medicine from The University of North Texas, and a Ph.D. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Georgia Tech.
In recognition of his leadership and contributions, he was elected by the Georgia Psychological Association as a GPA Fellow. He is a partner of MPG.
His consulting focus includes extensive experience in executive assessment for selection, development and succession planning, executive and management team assessment, and executive coaching.
Michele Ingram Mobley
Dr. Mobley received a B.A. in Psychology and Music from Agnes Scott College, and an M.S. and Ph.D. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Georgia Tech.
She balanced her liberal arts undergraduate education with the more technical and quantitative focus of I/O Psychology. She is a partner with MPG, and has served as President of the Georgia Association for Industrial-Organizational Psychology.
Her consulting practice focuses on assessment, development, competency modeling, and the design and validation of selection systems, working with clients across business segments to help them select the right people and develop their current talent.
Jesica Love
Jesica earned a Psychology degree from the University of Georgia. She is the Client Coordinator of MPG, responsible for scheduling, database management, assessment operations, and client communications. She has been with the firm for over twenty-five years.
Cheryl Zink
Cheryl attended Stetson University and the University of Florida. She provides general operational backup for the firm and is in charge of the eTest.net platform, where she is a stockholder and serves as COO. She has been with the firm for over twenty-eight years.
